About Lisa Godin

I came to this career late in life - via a circuitous route - through the back door - and it soon became clear that every step in my life had led me here. I’m Lisa, and I am here to help you find and create your Peace of the Planet. 

Finding and creating peaceful spaces for people to live, love, work and play has been a dream of mine since I was in my teens. It led me to start college as an Interior Design major in 1980, before my life path took other turns. Several decades later, when my youngest went off to begin her college studies, I found I had come full circle - older, wiser, experienced, and with a renewed passion as a Real Estate Investment Advisor. 

Since my career start as Rookie of the Year, 5 years of service as a member of my brokerage Leadership Council, hundreds of sales, and now member of Gary Keller’s Top Agent Mastermind, I’ve been blessed to be able to do what I love, while helping people get what they want. 

I have a heart for seniors and am SRES certified, am a member of Keller Williams Luxury Pro Division, am iBuyer Certified, a Relocation Specialist, and a military expert serving our Veterans and Active Duty Military and their families! 

In addition to my work as a Residential Real Estate Specialist, I also have experience with Residential and Small Office Commercial properties.  

Having personally owned property for more than 25 years in both Albuquerque and Santa Fe, I am able to serve effectively in these two very different markets, and as a result my seller clients get twice the exposure for their properties, and interested buyer clients have expanded options. 

I have a small, mighty staff of licensed and ancillary professionals supporting me and our clients throughout the process, with marketing expertise and contract administration, and we work together for you like a close family, some of which are!
